Jillian wants you to be happy with your purchase. But if for any reason you aren’t, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, undamaged, for a refund or exchange (minus any shipping costs). Artwork must be sent back by tracked delivery in its original packaging or packaged securely and is your responsibility until it arrives in the same condition that it was originally sent.
If an item arrives to you damaged from the postal company, you must contact jkosmalaart@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the object with images and a description of the damage.
Damaged Prints
Your choices are a full refund (minus shipping costs) or an exchange for a new copy of the same print. For exchanges, you will not be charged an additional shipping cost for the sending of the replacement print, but you will be responsible for the return shipping of the first.
Damaged original art
If there is minor damage to the frame, such as small scratches or dents in the stain, your choices are a full refund upon the return of the item(minus shipping costs) or a return of $20 for the purchase of materials to fix/hide the scratches. For a full refund, you must immediately document the extent of the damage with images of the item and its package, sending those images and a written description to jkosmalaart@gmail.com in order to qualify for the refund.
For major damage to the frame, such as breakage/splintering, you must return the art pieces immediately for a full refund (minus shipping costs) so that Jillian Kosmala can remake/fix the frame. If you are still interested in the purchase of the piece once the frame is fixed Jillian Kosmala will happily email you before re-adding it to her website. As an apology for the inconvenience, she will offer you a 5% discount from the original price or the same discount that was running when the original purchase was made, whichever is greater. For a full refund, you must immediately document the extent of the damage with images of the item and its package, sending those images and a written description to jkosmalaart@gmail.com in order to qualify for the refund.
If there is no response or acceptance to the re-purchase offer after 14 days, it is assumed that the offer to rebuy the piece is rejected and that Jillian Kosmala will sell the piece online, in-person, or in affiliate galleries.
